I seem to be obsessed with doing sprint intervals and trying to beat my previous maximum watts from last time.
Well today I did 710 watts so thats up from last time - My aim is to get 1000 watts - one day :)
So I am hoping all the effort I go to with the sprint intervals will help me with my time trials, which will be starting up again in September, I actually really miss the Tuesday night torture sessions!
So maybe one day I will be as good as Jakob Fugslang, well maybe not quite as good...
